The uniqueness of Altay biodiversity gives experienced chefs wide gastronomic opportunities. The menu will please the most demanding guests and offers dishes from organic and fresh products of local production, which are immediately served on the table.

Vegetables are grown on the land adjacent to the complex, the meat goes to the restaurant right from the livestock farm or is mined in hunting grounds belonging to Altay Resort, and the fish is caught in own ponds. Each floor of the restaurant is zoned in such a way that every guest will find a suitable place for himself. Here there is a table for a large company, as well as a cozy corner for the privacy of a couple in love.
